Beach Volleyball Calgary
The Beach YYC is Calgary’s only indoor beach volleyball and recreation facility. We are open year round, providing a space where all Calgarians can be active.
We offer a variety of indoor beach volleyball leagues for all skill levels. Each night consists of two 40 minute matches, each as a ‘best of three’ contest.
League Registration Time and Dates

2025-2026 Dates
Volleyball League registration opens six weeks before the start of the league season and will close when the league fills up. "Early Registration" is open to all current league players and "Regular Registration" is open to everyone.

Deep Winter 2026 League Dates
Deep Winter League starts the week of February 9th & the 10-week league ends the week of April 16th.
Registration dates – Early: December 29th 2025 Regular: January 5th 2026Winter Beach Ultimate Frisbee League starts January 11th, 2026. No games on Family day weekend, Feb 15th, 2026.
Registration date- November 1st, 2025 -
Spring 2026 League Dates
Spring League starts the week of April 20th & the 10-week league ends the week of June 25th.
Registration dates – Early: March 9th Regular: March 16th -
Summer 2026 League Dates
Summer League starts the week of July 6th & the 8-week league ends the week of August 27th.
Registration dates – Early: May 25th Regular: June 1st -
Fall 2026 League Dates
Fall League starts the week of September 7th & the 10-week league ends the week of November 16th.
Registration dates – Early: July 27th Regular: August 3rd -
Winter 2026 Dates
Winter League starts the week of November 16th & the 10-week league ends the week of February 1st.
2-week break Dec 18th-Jan 1st
Registration dates – Early: October 5th Regular: October 12th
We create a “House” team for individuals and small groups for people to join who don’t have their own complete team. If you have any questions about where you should register, don’t hesitate to ask.

Volleyball Clinics & Drop-ins
We offer volleyball clinics to improve your skills and confidence out on the sand. Adult Drop-in runs Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons, for those who want some extra court time.
Adult Volleyball Tournaments
Our friendly, yet competitive, Adult Tournaments are always a fun time for all who join. Offering tournaments for all skill levels, you are sure to meet new friends and play great volleyball!
Youth Volleyball Programs
We offer Youth Beach Volleyball programs, including weekly skills training and Youth Tournaments. Our Youth Beach Program is now registering for Winter and Spring 2026.
